Dave purchased his first apartment building in May of 2004. He left his day job in February of 2005 and never looked back.

Both individually and through a variety of partnerships, Dave has owned and operated over 1,800 units in eight states. These properties have generated impressive cash on cash returns with many successful exits returning investor capital and creating significant capital gains.

Dave graduated from the University of Kansas in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism. He lives with his wife and two sons in Lawrence, Kansas.
